1.History

Our Office is located on No. 138, Dajie Rd., Qingshui Dist., Taichung City 436, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Our governing regions include three towns, i.e., Chin Shui, Sha Lu, and Wu Chi. Our Office was established on 9 February 1953 when it was spun off from the Ta Chia Land Office of Taichung County. Our original location on 141, Jhong Shan Road, Chin Shui Village, Chin Shui Town was rented from the Chin Shui Township Farmer’s Association . Due to the increased volume of our workload, the original office became too small for our use. Therefore approval was given to us
in 1978 to build a new office at our current location on provincial owned land. We moved into the new office on 14 November of the same year. There were originally only 18 people in our office. By 1975, the number of employees was increased to 38. Now we have a total of 80 people.
